Mr. Lubomudrov is a general corporate attorney with a broad-based international arbitration experience. He has represented Russian and foreign companies in a wide range of complex commercial disputes with particular emphasis on international arbitration over breach of domestic and international sale contracts, loan, partnership agreements. Mr. Lubomudrov has over 6 years of experience handling complex international arbitrations in Russia and abroad. He is well-versed in all aspects of enforcement of international arbitral awards in Russia. Mr. Lubomudrov’s clients have been engaged in a variety of different industries including distribution, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food production and banking.

In the corporate area, Mr. Lubomudrobv counsels Russian and foreign-based companies on a wide range of matters, including formation and operation of companies and non-profit organizations, cross-boarder financing, issues relating to negotiation and enforcement of notes and drafts, antitrust laws and regulations, currency exchange restrictions and licensing, joint ventures, intellectual property, immigration law, corporate governance and liability of directors. In the finance area, Mr. Lubomudrov has advised international financial institutions as lenders in connection with multi-million loans to Russian-based manufacturers. He has experience in drafting legal opinions for foreign-based equity sponsors and financial institutions in connection with equity investments and financing in Russia. He has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of domestic and cross-boarder agreements including, joint venture, loan, pledge, sale of goods, lease and bank guarantees, and share purchase agreements. Mr. Lubomudrov has developed experience representing Russian companies in connection with their ADR/ADS programs.

Business finance: Various tasks relating to cross-boarder finance and loan transactions (inter alia, USD multi-million loans by major foreign and international financial institutions and governmental agencies to Russian companies), in particular, drafting of legal opinions on Russian law matters, advice on various aspects of loan transactions and relating matters of currency and civil laws, means of securing performance of obligations, drafting of security documents (mortgage and pledge agreements, etc.), due-diligence checks of borrowers; representation of creditors in court and enforcement proceedings.

Corporate law & Investment: Drafting of statutory documents and internal regulations of joint stock and limited liability companies, share purchase agreements, sets of documents formalizing foreign investment in Russian companies; legal advice on various aspects of corporate regulations and investment in Russian companies (including legal support to major real estate investment projects, in particular, a wide range of matters relating to organizational and legal structuring of, and formation of a contractual basis for, the partners relationship in domestic and foreign projects, project finance and implementation; legal support to the investment in a major Russian optical cable manufacturer).

Arbitration & Litigation: Representation of Russian and foreign clients (including a Russian manufacturer of equipment for food and medical industries, an Indian leading exporter of pharmaceutical products, a major Hungarian machine-building plant, a major Russian optical cable manufacturer, etc.) before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, international commercial arbitration, Russian common courts and state commercial courts.
