Alexey
Petrusha’s practice is concentrated mostly on corporate, finance and
commercial law issues. He assisted to Russian banks in cross-boarder finance
and loan transactions (including syndicated loans and revolving credit
agreements, stand-by letters of credit, guarantees, gold loans) with
major foreign and international financial institutions. Alexey
has an experience in registration and legal support of the legal entities incorporated
in the low-tax jurisdictions (including investment companies and trusts). Working
on these matters Alexey has also become familiar with an application of
double-tax treaties of the Alexey speaks English, Spanish and Russian (native). |
