Currency law: Preparation of documents for acquisition by foreign companies of stock (shares) in Russian companies for foreign currency and Russian Rubles; opening of accounts in authorized banks in the name of residents and non-residents; attending to bank operations, including payments for shares in Russian companies, payment of taxes for property acquired in Russia, transfer of contributions to the charter capitals of newly set up companies, payment of dividends, etc.

Tax law: Registration of Russian and foreign-based companies with tax authorities.
